How do you use foot massage balls?

Easy to Use: Simply roll the ball under your feet, 👣 In either sitting or standing, take off your shoes and step lightly onto the ball. Roll the ball back and forth on the bottom of the foot

Foot Massage Ball helps stimulate circulation, stretch the plantar fascia, loosens any tension in the feet and reduces the risk of irritation. Also, the massage improves foot joint.

All you need to do is roll back and forth over each foot for about 15 minutes for this method. Recommend 2-3 times a day if you find this is helping to release any tension or increase blood circulation.

Where not to use massage ball?

It's a sensitive area so make sure to be careful when rolling around your neck, in particular, make sure to NOT roll the ball over the top of your spine or your throat/front of the neck. Also, it's not recommended to using the massage ball around the jawline and upper parts of the side of your neck.
